Your child is in for an incredible summer at our Junior English Summer Camp in Canterbury, UK! Our programme, designed for young students aged 12 to 18, combines exciting activities with wonderful English learning. We offer a unique way to learn English by merging thorough lessons with a joyful summer camp experience, including comfortable accommodation at Christ Church University. Through enjoyable activities, our skilled teachers will support your child in enhancing their English skills while building confidence and making new friends. Residential English Summer Courses for International Students
Location
Airports: Heathrow is 1 hour and 30 minutes*. Gatwick and Stansted are 1 hour and 40 minutes**. Groups are met at the airport by a staff member who will escort them back to the campus.
Facilities
Indoor and outdoor spaces for interactive activities including conversation classes, international evenings, discos and more. Sports: The residences complex offers outdoor pool, table tennis and a patio. There are large fields which can be used for sports. Other: Residences include a television room, lounge area and football tables.

Public Transport: Tickets are provided for all journeys.
Internet
Wi-Fi internet is available across campus including in halls of residences. Please refer to your Centre Manager for Wi-Fi access codes.
Academics
Average students per class: 16. English levels: Elementary - Proficiency (programme can be adjusted to lower English levels). Additional qualifications available: Trinity GESE exam and PCTO programme
Security
There is 24 hour security. No safes in the bedrooms. The Centre Manager has a safe in their office for Group Leaders to store money/passports securely. An access fob, a key and lanyard are supplied to students.
Laundry
There is a laundry room located on site. Card system used. Cards can be purchased from the Loring Management Centre. All of the laundry facilities are self-service. Open: 9.00 - 21.00. Bed linen will be washed once a week by the University laundry.
Meal
Breakfast: 07:00 - 08:45. Toast, cereal, pastry, yogurt, fruit. Cooked breakfast once a week. Lunch: 12:30 - 13:45. Pasta, meat or vegetarian main course with potatoes, vegetables, salad and dessert. Dinner: 17:00 - 190:00. Meat or vegetarian main course with potatoes, vegetables, salad and dessert.
