English Language School Cambridge
Our Associated school in Cambridge was established in 1954 and it is the oldest English language school in Cambridge. This language institute is located in an utterly remarkable 19th-century building, which is only 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. It is guaranteed that you will be receiving top-quality, high standard tuition and a memorable staying experience in our Cambridge school.
Cambridge really is the ideal spot for anyone who wishes to learn English in England. The language school provides the ideal setting for the study of the English language.
The school is located adjacent to the bustling city centre and a quiet residential neighbourhood. The main building provides a fantastic atmosphere for English learning. In addition to the standard ESL/EFL classes, the school offers a wide choice of programmes, including exam preparation courses for the TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, or Cambridge ESOL exams. You will benefit from the school’s excellent location and amenities regardless of the course you select. These include a lovely garden, a student lounge, a computer area with free WiFi, and 12 fully furnished classrooms. English language courses are designed for students from age 16 onwards, and courses are offered for beginners (Level 1) to advanced (Level 6). You will come out as a fluent English speaker and someone with comprehensive knowledge of England.
After the end of the lessons, the entire city becomes your classroom as the school administration encourages and helps students in exploring it. This is done by arranging events and social activities. At least one event or activity is planned every week. At an additional cost, students can be taken on guided educational excursions on the weekends so that they get to observe the true culture of England and learn about interesting places.

Excursions and after School Activities
The school organises a social programme with various activities and excursions, some free, some at extra cost. They are a great opportunity to socialise with classmates, practise the language and visit new places. Activities usually include quizzes, movie night, cultural evenings such as Pub night or music. Students can join excursions to local attractions, park or a museum, or longer day trips to other cities on weekends. Afterschool activities enhance the overall study experience of the students.
This option is great if you want to live in a family environment, possibly in a quieter residential area but with easy access to the school or attractions. This way you will experience a family life and get to know about the other culture and habits. Most hosts offer an option to stay with them on half board so you will return home for the dinner and share the meal with the host. It allows you to practice your speaking skills and socialize at the same time. The families enjoy welcoming students in their homes.
Cambridge is seemingly a tranquil city with natural surroundings and a picturesque look. But looks can be deceiving – from theatres and plays, to music and dance festivals, there is more to Cambridge than its reputation of being a “university city”…
