Current trends will develop an awareness and understanding of current ELT principles and practice and your ability to critically examine current ELT principles and practice in order to evaluate current trends in context with your own teaching.

You’ll cover a range of methodologies, examine them to see what works for you and look at ways of incorporating new approaches into your teaching. The course is going to explore teaching issues relevant to your own teaching context of practical teaching ideas and materials.

Who is the course for?

This teacher development course focuses on Current trends in English language teaching (ELT), placing them alongside established teaching practices. This programme is for experienced teachers who are teaching in a secondary school or adults.
