Life in Britain is for teachers interested in finding out about modern British culture. The topics will be taught using a communicative methodology and you will gain greater awareness of contemporary issues and culture in Britain.

The course is going to build confidence in sourcing and adapting up-to-date materials for use in a classroom. The course also incorporates guided visits and trips in and around London.

This course is for teachers who want to increase awareness about the issues of contemporary British life and culture and plan lessons for their classrooms by using and adapting authentic materials for the use of ‘everyday’ English.
